Serge Lutens offers a refined return process, allowing you to return unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for hygiene reasons, fragrance and beauty items must remain sealed to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your customer account or visit our 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a formal Return Authorization.

Prepare the Parcel

Place the unopened items securely in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective tissue and samples included with the order are present.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the exterior of your package, removing or covering any previous delivery markings.

Ship and Track

Drop off your parcel at an authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of inspection.
